• Dr. Timothy F. Ball, an environmental consultant, well-known public speaker and former climatology professor at the University of Winnipeg serves as NRSP Chairman as well as Chairman of the NRSP Scientific Advisory Committee.

The Scientific Advisory Committee of renowned outside experts provides objective guidance, analysis and advise on issues relating to environmental science and rational environmental stewardship.
